Unknown - repainted

I found a racing bike near the Post Office in Fensmarkgade. The bike was missing front tire and it was thrown on the ground like it is abandoned. The color is black, but the frame is re painted in brown. Repainting was done very clumsy, and some other parts of the bike are also painted a bit.
Brand of the bike is unknown because of this new brown paint.
Bike has a very light aluminium frame.
